The Big Match

The Big Match by Kieran McGovern is a romantic comedy about two teenagers desperately trying to get to the FA Cup Final.

It was originally published as part of the Phoenix Bookshelf (Prentice Hall/Macmillan) and was singled out for its particular excellence' in Bamford & Day's Extensive Reading in the Second Language Classroom (Cambridge, 1998).

This new edition of The Big Match is the first title in an exciting new series: ESOL Ebooks. It will be accompanied by an audio book and a full range of learning activities.
